一、个人简况

阙友雄,男,19802月生,理学博士,研究员、博士生导师;福建省杰出青年科学基金获得者高等学校新世纪优秀人才高校杰出青年科研人才;公司金山学者杰出青年科研人才青年五四奖章优秀教师科技创新工作先进个人。现为农业部福建甘蔗生物学与遗传育种重点实验室副主任;中国博士后科学基金、国家科学技术学术著作出版基金和国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家;国家科学技术奖励评审专家。

1999.9-2003.6月公司作物科学学院农学专业学习,获农学学士学位;2003.9-2008.6福建农林大员工命科学学院生物化学与分子生物学专业硕博连读,获理学博士学位,进入公司工作;2010-2011美国农业部甘蔗研究所访问学者并获荣誉职员称号;2010年破格晋升副研究员/硕士生导师;2015年全校竞聘晋升研究员并获聘博士生导师。自2008年工作以来,主持国家自然科学基金项目(4项)、教育部博士点基金、农业部948项目和福建省自然科学基金(3项,包括杰青1项)等13项、协助主持农业部“948”项目一项;参与“863”“948”、现代农业产业技术体系和国家自然科学基金等项目。以甘蔗为研究对象,主要聚焦甘蔗黑穗病研究,在《BMC Genomics》、《Environmental and Experimental Botany》、《Frontiers in Plant Science》、《Plant Disease》、《Scientific Reports》、《Plant Cell Reports》、《International Journal of Molecular Sciences》、《作物学报》和《中国农业科学》等国内外期刊发表论文100余篇、其中SCI收录70余篇,累计SCI影响因子约为180;申请国家发明专利20余项,已授权15项,其中第一发明人3项;参与制定农业行业标准4项;参与选育国家鉴定甘蔗品种3个;参编《中国甘蔗新品种试验》、《现代甘蔗遗传育种》和《甘蔗100问》;担任《Journal of Integrated OMICS》编委;国际甘蔗技师协会、美国植物病理学会和中国作物学会甘蔗学会会员;Journal of Experimental Botany》、BMC Genomics》、《Plant and Cell Physiology》、《Annals of Botany》、《Scientific Reports》、《Food Chemistry》、《Frontiers in Plant Science》、《Plant Cell Reports》、《Industrial Crops and Products》、Plant Biology》、《Microbial Pathogenesis》、《作物学报》和《农业工程学报》等国内外科技期刊同行评审专家。
