近日, 我司何水林教授指导的作物栽培与耕作学专业2016届硕士研究生申磊同学分别在国际知名刊物《Journal of Experimental Botany》(IF=6.312)和《Scientific Reports》(IF=5.578)以第一作者在线发表“Pepper CabZIP63 acts as a positive regulator during Ralstonia solanacearum or high temperature–high humidity challenge in a positive feedback loop with CaWRKY40”和“CaCDPK15 positively regulates pepper responses to Ralstonia solanacearum inoculation and forms a positive-feedback loop with CaWRKY40 to amplify defense signaling” 两篇研究论文,硕士生杨晟同学和刘志钦博士分别为共同第一作者。两篇论文均在实验室前期研究发现CaWRKY40调节辣椒高温高湿下抗青枯病基础上,进一步剖析了细胞质CaCDPK15和核蛋白CabZIP63通过与CaWRKY40组成正反馈环参与调节辣椒在高温高湿下抗病的分子机制。
此外,在刘志钦博士为第一作者近日在线发表在《Scientific Reports》(IF=5.578)上的“SGT1 is required in PcINF1/SRC2-1 induced pepper defense response by interacting with SRC2-1”和《Frontiers in Plant Science》(IF=3.948)上的论文 “Genome-wide Identification and Transcriptional Expression Analysis ofMAPK and MAPKK Genes in Capsicum annuum”中,作物栽培与耕作学专业2016届硕士生刘艳艳同学和2015级石兰平同学均为共同第一作者。
值得一提及的是,何水林教授指导的生物化学与分子生物学专业2012届硕士研究生党峰峰同学(现在浙江大学攻读博士学位)在国际知名刊物《Plant Cell Environ》(IF=5.906)上发表的“CaWRKY40, a WRKY protein of pepper, plays an important role in the regulation of tolerance to heat stress and resistance to Ralstonia solanacearum infection”在2015年10月进入“高被引论文”行列,他还在《Physiol Plant》(IF=3.138)发表一篇第一作者论文“Overexpression of CaWRKY27, a subgroup IIe WRKY transcription factor of Capsicum annuum, positively regulates tobacco resistance to Ralstonia solanacearum infection”。 生物化学与分子生物学专业2014届硕士研究生蔡汉阳同学(现在公司基因组中心工作)分别在《Journal of Experimental Botany》(IF=6.312)和《Frontiers in Plant Science》(IF=3.948)发表第一作者论文“CaWRKY6 Functions as Transcriptional Activator of CaWRKY40, Synergistically Regulating Pepper Resistance to Ralstonia solanacearum and Thermotolerance”和“Identification of CDPK and CDPK-related protein kinase (CRK) genes in pepper”。
