一、个人简况
苏亚春,女,1987年5月生,农学博士,副研究员,硕士生导师,国家甘蔗工程技术研究中心/农业部福建甘蔗生物学与遗传育种重点实验室骨干科研人员。福建省“优秀博士论文获得者”、“高校杰出青年科研人才”;公司“优秀教师”、“杰出青年科研人才”、“金山学者青年学术新秀”、“作物科学学院高层次拔尖人才”、“毕业生就业创业工作先进个人”、“精神文明运动员”。
2005.09-2009.07公司作物科学学院农学专业学习,获农学学士学位;2009.09-2014.07公司作物科学学院农业生物技术硕博连读,获农学博士学位,A类人才留校任教。2016年获聘硕士生导师,2018年全校竞聘晋升副研究员。自2014年工作以来,先后主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子专题、农业部农业技术试验示范(种植业)项目、福建省自然科学基金、福建省高校杰出青年科研人才培育计划项目、福建省教育厅中青年教育科研项目、公司杰出青年基金、公司作物科学学院高层次拔尖人才项目、公司A类人才项目共9个科技计划项目;参与制定农业行业标准3项。
在甘蔗与病原菌互作机制及功能基因挖掘与鉴定方面有系统的研究,在BMC Genomics、Frontiers in Plant Science、Plant Cell Reports、Scientific Reports、International Journal of Molecular Sciences、作物学报、应用与环境生物学报等国内外期刊发表学术论文70多篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文30篇(SCI收录17篇)。培养/协助培养员工获得国家奖学金、严家显奖学金、公司第十八届及第十九届“挑战杯”大员工课外学术科技作品竞赛二等奖和三等奖、校优秀本科毕业论文、校优秀硕士学位论文。
