一、个人简况
阙友雄,男,1980年2月生,理学博士,研究员、博士生导师。现任公司甘蔗综合研究所所长、国家甘蔗工程技术研究中心副主任、农业农村部福建甘蔗生物学与遗传育种重点实验室副主任、福建省甘蔗工程技术研究中心副主任、福建省高等学校科技创新团队学术带头人;国家自然科学基金和国家科学技术奖励评审专家;《作物学报》和《BMC Plant Biology》编委。
2008年6月于福建农林大员工命科学学院毕业,获理学博士学位并留校工作。2010年-2011年美国农业部农业研究中心甘蔗研究所(USDA-ARS, Sugarcane Research Unit)访问学者。2010年破格晋升副研究员,并被遴选为硕士生导师;2015年全校竞聘晋升研究员,并被遴选为博士生导师。入选福建省“杰出青年科学基金获得者”、“高等学校新世纪优秀人才”“高校杰出青年科研人才”,以及公司“杰出青年科研人才”和“金山学者青年学术新秀”;并获公司“优秀教师”、“青年五四奖章”和“科技创新工作先进个人”等荣誉称号。研究方向为作物遗传育种与生物技术,主要从事甘蔗与病原互作机制、分子标记、基因克隆和功能鉴定以及甘蔗转基因等方面科研工作,其中甘蔗抗黑穗病分子育种关键技术的研究,获得了国内外同行的广泛关注。自2008年工作以来,主持国家自然科学基金(4项)、国家重点研发计划子课题、教育部博士点基金、农业部“948”项目、福建省杰出青年科学基金、福建省自然科学基金面上和青年项目、福建省高等学校新世纪优秀人才专项、福建省高校杰出青年科研人才专项、公司杰出青年基金和福建公司金山学者青年学术新秀专项等14个项目,协助主持农业部“948”项目一项;参与“863”、“948”、现代农业产业技术体系和国家自然科学基金等项目。
以甘蔗为研究对象,主要聚焦甘蔗黑穗病研究,在《BMC Genomics》、《Environmental and Experimental Botany》、《Plant Physiology and Biochemistry》、《Frontiers in Plant Science》、《Plant Disease》、《Scientific Reports》、《Plant Cell Reports》、《International Journal of Molecular Sciences》、《作物学报》、《中国农业科学》和《农业生物技术学报》等国内外期刊发表学术论文100多篇、其中SCI收录80余篇,累计SCI影响因子约为200,其中第一或通讯作者60篇,累计影响因子约为150;申请国家发明专利20余项,已授权15项,其中第一发明人3项;参与制定农业行业标准4项;参与选育国家鉴定甘蔗品种3个;参编《中国甘蔗新品种试验》、《现代甘蔗遗传育种》、《经济作物产业可持续发展战略研究》和《甘蔗100问》;担任《BMC Plant Biology》、《Journal of Integrated OMICS》、《作物学报》和《Current Proteomics》、《亚热带农业研究》和《甘蔗糖业》编委;国际甘蔗技师协会、美国植物病理学会和中国作物学会甘蔗学会会员;教育部博士点基金、中国博士后科学基金、国家科技学术著作出版基金评审专家、国家自然科学基金同行评审专家和国家科技奖励评审专家;《Journal of Experimental Botany》、《BMC Genomics》、《Plant and Cell Physiology》、《Annals of Botany》、《Scientific Reports》、《Food Chemistry》、《Frontiers in Plant Science》、《Plant Cell Reports》、《Industrial Crops and Products》、《Plant Physiology and Biochemistry》、《Plant Biology》、《Microbial Pathogenesis》、《作物学报》、《农业工程学报》和《中国农业大学学报》等国内外科技期刊同行评审专家。承担硕士生专业课程《Biodiversity》。
二、研究方向和领域
1.甘蔗与病原互作机制解析
以甘蔗-病原互作系统为研究对象,围绕寄主抗病和病原致病,从形态、生理和分子水平以及基因组、转录组、蛋白组、降解组和修饰组学角度,开展甘蔗与病原(主要是黑穗病)互作机制研究,以全面解析甘蔗抗目标病害和病原致病的机理/机制。
2.甘蔗基因挖掘及功能鉴定
以甘蔗为研究材料,挖掘甘蔗抗生物和非生物逆境的关键基因,并借鉴拟南芥、水稻和本生烟等模式作物基因功能鉴定系统,深入鉴定所获得甘蔗基因的功能及其作用机理,为甘蔗目标性状的转基因改良或基因编辑奠定理论基础并提供基因资源。
3.甘蔗分子育种技术的研究
聚焦甘蔗分子育种,以水稻、玉米、棉花和油菜的分子育种技术研究体系为参照,从分子标记辅助育种、转基因育种和基因编辑等多个方面,开展甘蔗分子育种关键技术研究,力求建立甘蔗分子育种技术体系,并直接应用于优良甘蔗新品种(系)的创制和选育。
