作物遗传与分子育种研究团队

本团队有研究生导师11人,其中博士生导师2人。首席导师是吴为人教授,成员包括周元昌教授、段远霖研究员、兰涛教授、黄碧光教授、陈志伟副研究员、官华忠副教授、高文霞副教授、季彪俊副教授、胡杰讲师、布素红讲师。本实验室目前有博、硕士研究生(包括国外职工)30多人,是一个团结友爱、充满活力、积极向上的科研集体。热切欢迎你加入我们!

    本团队主要开展水稻、大麦、烟草、茄子等作物的遗传学基础研究和育种研究。九五以来,先后承担了国际合作、国家863计划、国家自然科学基金等国家和省部级研究课题40多项。在基础研究方面,研究领域包括分子数量遗传学、分子遗传学、基因组学、生物信息学和植物生物技术,提出了多种数量性状基因座(QTL)定位方法;定位了一批水稻重要性状的QTL;克隆了一批控制水稻花发育、穗颈发育、耐盐性、耐寒性、抗病性、抗虫性等重要性状的关键基因,利用多种技术手段研究其功能和作用机制,阐明这些重要农艺性状形成的分子基础。发表学术论文100多篇,其中SCI收录50多篇;获国家发明专利7项,省部级科技奖二等奖3项。在应用研究方面,利用传统育种技术与现代生物技术相结合,重点开展杂交稻育种,先后育成了20多个优质抗病水稻不育系通过省级以上鉴定,育成30个多个优良杂交稻新组合通过省级以上审定。
